This is absolutely the best coffee! My husband and I order it in bulk and have it shipped to Wyoming. We have tried others and always go back to UP North Roast. Our favorite flavor is the Highlanders Grogg. It is heaven in a cup!!!

Good coffee. At the east end of the main street, a bit separated from other shops, but worth a stop for a coffee to go. There were a couple of tables out front, but we were in our way elsewhere. Nice staff. Graciously accepting my suggestions for new ideas (bakery, but that's because I love muffins, cookies, scones, etc). Support this cute local business if you're in town.

Best coffee in Michigan! I always grab a few bags when I’m in the UP and then the rest of the year I order shipping downstate. Their coffee is consistently great! I love the Ludington Espresso and the Yooper Fuel! The customer service is also fantastic.

Their coffee is absolutely delicious! I've had several different roasts - their straight roasts are smooth and strong, and their flavored roasts are the best I've had. I've ordered online, and they have fast shipping. I love that the bags are marked with the dates the beans were roasted! I can't wait to visit in person.

The only coffee we have been drinking for many many years! We have tried almost every different flavor they offer and are never disappointed. Jake and Julia, the owners, are the sweetest couple and are always happy to take time to chat and recommend coffee products. All other staff members are always so helpful and wonderful as well. Every Christmas we buy bags of coffee to give as gifts and the recipients are always so excited about it. Highly recommend!!!

We've not been able to visit the storefront yet, some day. Food, etc. disagreements are plentiful in our home but this coffee has unanimously made itself a favorite. We chose it on a whim years ago at Meijer and it quickly became our new staple. Recently when it vanished from the shelves we attempted some others, even previous favorites but none have delivered the consistency of: taste, flavor, low acid, unsettled stomach, nor lack of afternoon "crash." After losing local availability, we've turned to mail ordering direct and that has been a solid solution. Additionally, years ago a phone call resulted in these folks doing something they absolutely did not have to......this customer service experience and a great product make it very easy to continue patronizing this local Michigan business.

We enjoyed our little trip into the shop. The iced mocha was great. Don't expect a Starbucks menu-- they focus more on the roasting and shipping of their coffee. But the coffee is great! We got a small bag of Yooper fuel blend as well as several different k cup flavors. Definitely a place to check out when in Escanaba!

Very organized store. Easy to find what you're looking for. They have a barista that serves basic drinks. I tried their cold brew. It was a little strong for my preference, but still very good! 🥰

Jake and Julia are the sweetest people with a passion for coffee. ❤️ They roast and serve the best coffee that I've ever had in all of my years on this big blue marble. Pick up some sooon and share the love of coffee!!
